What is an AI employee?
A ready-to-run agent for one role: an n8n workflow you import, a no-code ChatGPT/Claude version, prompts, sheet templates and a setup guide. It does the repetitive first pass (research, triage, drafts, data entry) and a person reviews the output.
How does the free trial work?
Pick Starter or Workforce and enter a card at Stripe Checkout. You get access straight away and nothing is charged for 7 days. Cancel in one click from the customer portal before day 8 and you pay nothing.
Do I need to code?
No. You import one file, sign in to Google, paste an OpenAI key and fill in a Config node. If you don't use n8n, the ChatGPT or Claude version needs only copy and paste.
What else does it cost to run?
Your own AI usage (usually cents per item; the default model gpt-5-mini is listed by OpenAI at $0.25 per 1M input and $2 per 1M output tokens, Oct 2026) and your n8n plan if you use n8n Cloud. Self-hosted n8n is free.
Can I switch employees or plans?
Yes. On Starter you can switch which employee you use, or upgrade to Workforce at any time from the customer portal.
Does it replace people?
It takes over the repetitive first pass of a role so your team spends its time on review and decisions. Every customer-facing output is a draft a person approves.
How do you estimate time saved?
Volume × share the employee handles × (manual minutes − review minutes). Every input is visible and editable in the ROI calculator. They are estimates, not results we measured.
